SAN DIEGO-SR Commercial has secured four new commercial management contracts totaling more than 185,470 square feet in Southern California. “Due to our long-standing management experience and ability to navigate market changes for our clients, we are embarking on a rapid growth campaign in commercial management,” explains Adam Robinson, principal for SR Commercial.
“We also recently rebranded our firm, allowing us to focus on investment and management in the commercial market, and we will continue to handle homeowner association management for the residential sector with our sister company, ARK Management,” says Robinson.
The four contracts include: a 61,000-square-foot class-A office building located at 10150 Meanly Dr. in the Scripps Ranch submarket in San Diego; three office buildings totaling approximately 75,000 square feet at the former Thomas Jefferson Law School Campus located at 2120,2121 and 2145 San Diego Ave. in San Diego; a 43,836-square-foot freestanding industrial building located at 14700 S. Radburn Ave. in Santa Fe Springs; and a 5,634-square-foot multi-tenant office building located in the heart of Cardiff-by-The-Sea in San Diego.
“We have turned around many struggling properties through its management services, helping update common areas, secure new tenants and evaluate properties to develop a strategic plan for each property and client,” explains Robinson. “SR Commercial plans to expand our investment portfolio and pursue additional commercial management opportunities after launching a newly updated website and rebranding our firm to comprise a singular focus on the commercial real estate industry.”
SR Commercial has more than three million square feet of real estate investments and management, with plans to expand its portfolio much further. The firm places its focus on acquiring class-A located retail, office and industrial properties in coastal and urban areas of San Diego County and Orange County with a consideration of $2 million to $12 million. SR Commercial assumed all commercial business previously being handled by ARK Management, also owned by Robinson and CJ Stos, which includes more than 2.8 million square feet of commercial property management.
