DALLAS-An apartment property development firm led by Tom Bakewell and Doug Chesnut, the previous Gables Residential executives, has purchased a two-building office property at Bowen and Carlisle streets in Uptown Dallas on a locality where it is planning to build a 16-story apartment complex. The apartment tower will contain nearly 300 units.
The two-story office building will be replaced with the residential project. StreetLights Residential was created earlier this year by the two executives. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
