The Zoo Health Club has leased roughly 6,500 square feet; Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt has signed a 2,100-square-foot lease; Thomas J. Pilacek & Associates Law Firm has leased nearly 2,650 square feet; and MetroPCS has leased roughly 1,300 square feet at the 148,000-square-foot center.
