NEW YORK CITY-Architecture studio Arte New York is expanding its space in the garment district. The architecture firm has added 15,000 square feet of space in the 220,000-square-foot tower situated between Seventh and Eighth avenues.
The firm has signed the new 10-year lease with 265 West 37th LLC, the owner of the property. The asking rent for the space was $30 per square foot. Marty Meyer with Colliers International represented both the parties in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
