AUSTIN, TX-Brennan Investment Group LLC has purchased a distribution and flex warehouse portfolio in Austin for an undisclosed price. The acquisition was completed through a joint venture between Dallas-based Trigate Capital LLC and Chicago-based Brennan.
The portfolio includes a 53,100-square-foot Summit Park A structure in Northwest Austin; a 50,021-square-foot Cameron Creek Business Park structure in Northeast Austin; and a 34,514-square-foot Southeast Commercial building in Southeast Austin.
