NEW YORK CITY-Darcy Stacom and William Shanahan with CB Richard Ellis are marketing two towers in Midtown. The Alaska Permanent Fund is purchasing a 49.5% interest in 299 Park Ave. for roughly $1,075 per square foot from Rockpoint Group.
