LAKELAND, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a multifamily property in Lakeland. A limited liability company based in Florida has sold Lake Morton Apartments, an apartment complex consisting of 72 units, to Lakeland-based Florida Southern College for an undisclosed price.
