NEW YORK CITY-Freedom Specialty Insurance Co., an affiliate of Scottsdale Insurance, has enlarged its space at 7 World Trade Center. The company has expanded its footprint at the office tower to 32,000 square feet.
Freedom Specialty Insurance earlier occupied 13,000 square feet. The office tower, which measures 1.7 million square feet, is owned by Larry Silverstein. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but other recent deals at the building have closed for $70 per square foot. For the full story, go to New York Post .
