ALHAMBRA, CA-The Haskell Company has finished 50 apartment homes at a senior residential community in Alhambra, California. The new development at Atherton Baptist Homes has 50 independent living apartments that provide 91,700 square feet of living space for seniors.
The development, called The Courtyard, also contains an underground parking structure measuring 37,208 square feet. The parking structure comprises 95 parking spaces. The total cost of the senor housing project is $23 million. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
