LONDON-Panther Securities has closed the acquisition of three properties across the UK. The company has purchased Bentalls Complex, a 200,000-square-foot industrial building at Colchester Road in Essex for GBP 3.9 million, Lyceum Building at Bold Street in Liverpool for GBP 2.96 million and The Mill and Warehouse at Bristol Road in Stonehouse for GBP 489,000.
Panther has bought the 13,000-square-foot office with an adjacent 12,000-square-foot warehouse building in Stonehouse for its subsidiary MRG Systems Ltd. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
