ORLANDO-Jones Lang LaSalle has brokered a long-term lease deal for an office space in downtown Orlando. Regus Business Centers has leased 12,812 square feet at the GAI Building, a 105,000-square-foot property at 618 East South St.
The seven-story business center is owned by Ustler Development, Inc. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Jeff Heller of Atlanta-based Jones Lang LaSalle, while the landlord was represented by Jeff Streep and Scott Bell with Orlando-based Jones Lang LaSalle.
