NEW YORK CITY-A tech firm has doubled its space in the Flatiron district. TargetSpot has subleased 12,000 square feet of space at 149 Fifth Ave. located at East 21st Street from Vendome Group, a publishing company, for four years.
Asking rent for the lease was $48 per square foot. TargetSpot will move from 242 W. 36th St. to the Fifth Avenue space next month. The Kaufman Organization represented TargetSpot, and Capstone Realty Advisors represented Vendome in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
