MIAMI-Cheeca Holdings, LLC has sold the Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a luxury destination resort in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. The AAA four diamond-rated property was sold to Northwood Investors, a privately-held real estate investment firm.

Cheeca Lodge & Spa contains 214 units, a 5,439-square-foot function space, a 5,500-square-foot spa, two swimming pools, six tennis courts, a fishing/mooring pier and a nine-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
