ORLANDO-Comcast has signed a lease renewal deal with Flagler for a Class A office space measuring 52,039 square feet at SouthPark Center situated on John Young Parkway in the Central Florida region. The business park, which has over 2.9 million square feet of Class A office space, sits on 176 acres of land south of Sand Lake Road.
