CHARLOTTE, NC-Jackson, Mississippi-based EastGroup Properties Inc. has completed two local acquisitions for a total amount of $22.4 million. The company has acquired Lakeview Business Center in Charlotte's north submarket for $7 million and Ridge Creek Distribution Center II in the southwest submarket for $15.35 million.
Lakeview Business Center, a distribution center constructed in 1996, measures 127,000 square feet and the Ridge Creek II facility measures 300,000 square feet. Both facilities are 100% leased. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
