DALLAS-Granite Properties of Plano has purchased an office building measuring 232,560 square feet at 3333 Lee Parkway in Uptown Dallas. Equastone has sold the 12-story office tower for an undisclosed price.
The office tower, constructed in 1983 by Hines, is 92% leased. Gainsco Inc. occupies 23% of the property. Paul Bennett and Will Hendrickson of Granite Properties represented their company, while Eric Mackey and Gary Carr of CB Richard Ellis represented Equastone in the deal.
