VERNON HILLS, IL-Seymour "Sy" Taxman has listed three north suburban properties on the market for sale. Taxman Corp. has tapped BlueGate Partners LLC to market the Vernon Hills Town Center, an apartment and retail complex in Vernon Hills; Aspen Pointe, a retail and office property in Vernon Hills; and Carriage Way, a shopping center in Lake Bluff.
