MIAMI-CBRE has closed two lease deals totaling over 58,000 square feet at Miami Lakes Business Center at 5875 NW 163rd St. in Miami. Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania-based Keystone Property Group, the owner of the building, spent more than $5 million to renovate the property.
Dade Medical College has signed a 39,971-square-foot lease and Advanced Data Processing has inked an 18,122-square-foot lease at the center.
