BIRMINGHAM, UK-W. P. Carey & Co LLC, an investment management company, has secured GBP 8.3 million in loan facility to refinance the National Express headquarters and coach depot in Birmingham. The company has completed the refinancing of the newly rebuilt National Express property with Barclays Real Estate.
