LEWISVILLE, TX-An industrial building in North Texas has been sold as part of a nationwide deal that amounts to $118 million. The Waters Ridge Distribution Center #1 in Lewisville was one of 13 industrial facilities Prologis Inc. has sold to Clarion Partners LLC.
Clarion has bought the industrial property portfolio encompassing 2.8 million square feet in six markets from the developer. Other facilities are located in Indianapolis, Columbus, Salt Lake City, Northern California and Phoenix. CB Richard Ellis handled the sale. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
