HARMANS, MD-New York-based American Realty Capital has bought an industrial building at 7549 Harmans Road in Anne Arundel County for $12.6 million. The company has purchased the 40,000-square-foot facility, which is fully occupied by Verizon, from Washington, DC-based Stephen A. Goldberg Co.
Earlier this year, American Realty bought the 4835 Hollins Ferry Road property for $39 million. The Investment Properties Group brokers at CB Richard Ellis Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
