LIVERMORE, CA-A high-end outlet center in Livermore has finally broken ground after series of setbacks. City leaders and developers stated that the outlet mall, which spans 543,000 square feet at El Charro Road and Interstate 580, will become a regional destination for shoppers.
Nearly 64% of the space has been already leased to tenants including Neiman Marcus Last Call and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th. The developers are expecting to open the center in time for the holiday shopping season in 2012. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune .
