LONDON-Downing, a student property specialist based in Liverpool, is planning for its maiden project in London. The company is planning to develop a 32-story, mixed-use project in Vauxhall.
The project will feature nearly 580 student bedrooms, a 10,000-square-foot leisure centre and a 20-metre swimming pool. It also includes large external and internal amenity space, including a roof terrace measuring 4,000 square feet. The Vauxhall project is designed by Fielden Clegg Bradley Studios.
