DALLAS-Elm Place, a 52-story office complex spanning 1,293,586 square feet at 1401 Elm Street in the central business district of Dallas, has changed hands for $19 million. A group of investors from Eastern European, who recently bought the property from SCI ROEV and LNR Partners, will spend $125 million to redevelop the property.
