LAKEWOOD, CO-San Francisco-based Carmel Partners has acquired Landing at Bear Creek, an apartment complex consisting of 224 units at 10107 W. Dartmouth Place in Lakewood. JP Morgan Asset Management has sold the complex for $27.95 million.
