CARLSBAD, CA-Legoland California will start later this year with its planned construction of a Lego-themed hotel on the Carlsbad park grounds. Park officials did not reveal how much London-based Merlin Entertainment Group will invest in the 250-room hotel, however, it is said that the cost of the development may reach $50 million or even more.
