MIAMI-Leviev Boymelgreen, an Israeli development group, has obtained a new loan for its Marquis condominium situated in Miami. The group has refinanced its condominium located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd. with a Mexican bank at $67.5 million.
Banco Inbursa assigned the mortgage, which was basically awarded by an associate of iStar Financial in 2007 for $207.4 million. The adjusted loan covers the 97 units that are still unsold in the Marquis condominium. The property was constructed in 2009. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
