PHOENIX-Transwestern has closed two lease deals totaling 34,045 square feet in the Phoenix area. Apria Healthcare Inc. has leased nearly 20,200 square feet of space at Papago Spectrum at 1225 W. Washington St. in Tempe and DirecTV has signed a lease for 13,845 square feet of space at Phoenix Gateway Center Building 3 at 410 N. 44th St.
