PLAINFIELD, IL-Venture One Real Estate LLC, an industrial property investor based in Lincolnshire, has purchased an industrial building measuring 97,200 square feet at 24035 W. Riverwalk Court in southwest suburban Plainfield. The investor has bought the Plainfield flex building for an amount of $5 million.
