FRANKFURT-CA Immo has secured another tenant for Tower 185, a new development project in Frankfurt. Mayer Brown LLP, a law firm, has leased roughly 48,437 square feet of office space in the new skyscraper.
Mayer Brown has signed the lease for 11 years. With the new lease, the occupancy rate in the Frankfurt high-rise has increased to roughly 73%.
