MANCHESTER, UK-Shell UK has leased Brabazon House, a 30,000-square-foot office building at Concord Business Park in South Manchester, from Max Property Group Plc. The company has signed the office lease for 10 years.
Concord Business Park, a five-building complex that contains 124,000 square feet, is situated near Manchester Airport. Shell will join Serco, ThyssenKrupp Elevator UK and Trevor Jones in the business park. Jones Lang LaSalle advised Shell, while GVA Grimley and Savills advised Max in the lease deal.
