BELLEAIR BLUFFS, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an office property in Belleair Bluffs. Carlos Yepes at Belleair Development has sold the Bank of America building to a private investor based in Boothbay, Maine.
