ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Two senior apartment complexes were recently sold for $64.5 million to Clarion Partners. The two assisted living facilities are located in Rancho Santa Margarita and Rancho Cucamonga.
Kisco Senior Living sold the complexes for nearly $110 per square foot. The properties include Buena Vida Apartments, a 115-unit complex at 30824 La Miranda in Rancho Santa Margarita, and the Village on the Green, a 224-unit complex in Rancho Cucamonga.
