WEST ALLIS, WI-Winter Services Inc., a snow-removal contractor, is planning to purchase a 37,000-square-foot building in West Allis to relocate its headquarters there. The company will retain its current headquarters on 40th Street on the north side of Milwaukee.
Winter Services has an offer to buy the West Allis property at 2100 S. 116th St. The company will renovate the former General Beverag building and will occupy it within 60 days.
