SAN JOSE, CA-Atmel Corp., a semiconductor manufacturer, is selling its home office building and a 27-acre parcel in North San Jose to San Francisco-based Ellis Partners LLC for a total amount of $48.5 million. The company's office and R&D building, which measures 291,000 square feet, is situated on 2325 Orchard Parkway.
