WASHINGTON, DC-The General Services Administration has signed a lease renewal deal for an office space measuring 52,028 square feet at 1750 Pennsylvania Ave. NW for Treasury Department. The department will hold on to three floors in the 281,624-square-foot building.
The GSA has renewed the Treasury Department lease for 10 years. The property is owned by Vornado Realty Trust. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the tenant, while the landlord had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
