CAMBRIDGE, MA-H3 Biomedicine, owned by the US pharmaceutical arm of Eisai Co. Ltd. in Tokyo, has inked a lease for an office and laboratory space in Cambridge's Kendall Square neighborhood. The company has leased 49,900 square feet at 300 Technology Square from Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc.
