MINNEAPOLIS-A group associated with Hempel Properties has acquired One Financial Plaza, an office tower located in downtown Minneapolis, for an amount of $23.6 million. The Finance & Commerce report shows that Hempel has purchased the property for nearly a 60% discount from when the previous owner, Behringer Harvard REIT I Inc., bought the tower in August 2005.
