SAN JOSE, CA-Polycom Inc., a videoconferencing company, has confirmed that the company is relocating its headquarters from Pleasanton to America Center in San Jose. The company will occupy an entire building at the two-building center measuring 427,600 square feet at 6001-6201 America Center Drive.
Polycom has leased the 213,000-square-foot building from Legacy Partners. Studley's Corey Davidson represented the tenant, while Cornish & Carey Commercial Knight Frank's Phil Mahoney and Randy Gabrielson represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
