NEW YORK CITY-Stamford, Connecticut-based ICR is relocating from 441 Lexington Ave. to 825 Third Ave. The firm has signed a sublease deal with Advance Publications Inc. for 10,800 square feet of space at 825 Third Ave. situated at East 50th Street.
The lease deal will expire in April 2019. Asking rent was $49 per square foot. ICR will move to the new office in October. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented ICR and CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
