SEATTLE-California-based LaeRoc Funds has sold the Art Deco Seattle Tower, a 27-story property at 1218 Third Ave. in downtown Seattle, to Dallas-based Invesco Realty Advisors for an amount of $30.45 million. The tower, constructed in 1929, comprises 13,320 square feet of retail space and 189,931 square feet of office space.

The property is 85% occupied. LaeRoc Funds purchased the tower from Foster City, California-based Legacy Partners Realty Fund II for $20.65 million in April 2010. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
