LONDON-London Square, a residential developer, has purchased two new sites in Putney and Shoreditch with plans to convert the properties into apartments containing 115 units. In Putney, the developer has acquired an office site on Upper Richmond Road from Briargrove Limited to develop a GBP 40-million project containing 68 homes and commercial space.
In Shoreditch, London Square has bought the 18-30 Leonard Street property from Derwent London and will create a GBP 35-million project comprising 47 apartments and a 19,000-square-foot commercial space. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
