FLORENCE, KY-Neyer Properties Inc. has signed three new leases across its Cincinnati properties. Jo-Ann Fabrics has leased 24,000 square feet at the Houston Lakes retail center in Florence for 10 years.
Jo-Ann Fabrics was represented by Edge Commercial Real Estate, and Neyer Properties was represented by Cassidy Turley in the deal. In other deals, Sprint Wireless has leased space in a 10,000-square-foot property at Red Bank Retail I and Hanger Prosthetics has leased 5,200 square feet at Keystone Parke I from Neyer.
