TOLLESON, AZ-San Francisco-based Prologis Inc. has recently bought a warehouse measuring 302,600 square feet at 9704 W. Roosevelt Road in Tolleson for $9.95 million. The warehouse space was sold by the Paul and Eleanor Sade Trust of Alamo, California.
This was the second major acquisition for Prologis in Phoenix. Earlier, Prologis bought a 250,800-square-foot facility at 2225 S. 43rd Ave. for $9.1 million. Jones Lang LaSalle's Marc Hertzberger and Anthony Lydon represented the seller, while Prologis had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
