MANCHESTER, UK-LaSalle Investment Management has closed the sale of The Circus, a hotel and leisure property situated on the corner of Portland Street and Oxford Street in Manchester, for GBP 20.1 million. The property, which comprises a 228-room Premier Inn Hotel and leisure/retail units and casino on the ground floor, was bought by Circus Invest.
The 140,482-square-foot property was developed in 2001. Blandford Goldsmith represented the buyer. Cortex and Jones Lang LaSalle sold the property on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management's clients. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
