NEW YORK CITY-Two tenants have taken more than 150,000 square feet of space in the SL Green-owned buildings. Polo Ralph Lauren is enlarging its headquarters space by 91,417 square feet at 625 Madison Ave., while Centerline Capital Group is moving from 625 Madison to a 57,945-square-foot space at 100 Church St. to make space for Polo.
