NEW YORK CITY-VaynerMedia has signed a lease for five years with ATCO Properties for 8,700 square feet of space at 373 Park Ave. South. Asking rent for the lease was $36.50 per square foot.
The branding agency, which currently occupies space at 220 E. 23rd St., will move to the new location in early September. Roshan Shah and Keith Caggiano of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the tenant, while Peter Goldich of ATCO Properties represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction.
