STUTTGART, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has marketed CasaNova Stuttgart, an office, storage and retail property on Paulinenstrasse, to PlusAlpina Real Estate Advisors, an affiliate of Conren Land AG. PlusAlpina has purchased the property for the holdings of a private investor.
Almost half of the building, which measures roughly 129,166 square feet, has been leased. CasaNova Stuttgart contains an 11-story building and an adjacent 5-story building. Colliers Brautigam & Kramer advised the vendor in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
