MILWAUKEE-Jackson Street Management LLC, a developer based in Milwaukee, has acquired structures in downtown Milwaukee with plans to construct its projected 200-room Marriott Hotel. In January, the developer received city approval to construct the hotel near the corner of North Milwaukee Street and East Wisconsin Avenue.
