BALTIMORE-The Solo Cup manufacturing site situated on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills has changed hands. Vanguard Equities and Owings Mills-based Greenberg Gibbons have purchased the 52-acre manufacturing site with plans to convert the plant into a retail destination.
The Baltimore Business Journal stated in June that the two developers had signed an agreement to purchase the property. Terms of the Owings Mills deal were not revealed. Solo Cup plans to close the production facility later this year. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
